Applecross Senior High School is gaining eight new classrooms through a $7.9 million investment from the Cook Labor Government.

The classrooms form part of a new double-storey learning hub to be built at the school, expanding teaching space as enrolments continue to grow.

I have worked closely with the Applecross Senior High School community to achieve this outcome and ensure the school has the capacity it needs as enrolments continue to grow.

Applecross Senior High School is widely recognised as one of the top public schools in Western Australia, known for its strong academic results and broad range of programs. Expanding the school’s facilities ensures it can continue supporting local students as demand for places increases.

The new learning hub delivers:

  • Eight additional classrooms

  • More space for students and teachers

  • Increased capacity to support growing enrolments

  • Modern learning facilities for local students

This investment builds on other commitments for Applecross Senior High School, including $50,000 to resurface and repair the C Block quadrangle, improving outdoor spaces used by students every day.

Together, these investments ensure Applecross Senior High School continues to have the facilities it needs to support local students and families into the future.
