Swan River Rowing Club has secured a $5,000 grant through the Cook Labor Government's Game On, Girls Grants Program, supporting more opportunities for women and girls in rowing.

The funding will go towards the club's SPink Zooties project, supporting its women's rowing program.

The Game On, Girls Grants Program supports initiatives that encourage more women and girls to get involved in sport and strengthen participation at the grassroots level.

Swan River Rowing Club is part of our local sporting community, providing opportunities for people to get involved in rowing, develop their skills and enjoy the sport.

It's great to see another local club receiving funding to support women's sport in Bateman.

Congratulations to everyone at Swan River Rowing Club on securing this grant!
