METRONET on Swan

METRONET on Swan has taken a big step forward.
The Cook Labor Government has submitted its development application for the new ferry terminal at Applecross.
The Applecross terminal will support the area’s high-density living and tourism, while also providing an attractive and scenic alternative for commuters.
The new terminal will connect Applecross to Matilda Bay and Elizabeth Quay, and include a fixed jetty connecting to the shore, a sheltered waiting area, covered hinged jetty, and floating pontoon where passengers will board the ferries.

A public comment period on the development application is now open. You can submit feedback via the PTA website.
As part of this process, I'll also be holding two drop-in sessions this month in Bateman.
